Club Season 2021 - How To Get Started!

How to get started....

Pre-Tryout Clinics - We offer two Pre-Tryout Clinics before each age group's tryout. These clinics are "practice runs" for players before their actual tryouts. We do similar drills in these sessions as we will at the actual tryout.  We highly recommend attending one or both of your age group's Pre-Tryout Clinic sessions. Tryouts - First, you must register online for our tryouts. All of our teams are created through a tryout selection process. During tryouts, players are evaluated on volleyball skills, athletic testing, attitude, & coach-ability. To view the tryout schedule and/or register online visit our Tryout Page.

Can't Make Tryouts Due to a Conflict?
Just email msmith@usportsacad.com to request a make-up tryout. We will allow a limited number of players to use the Pre-Tryout Clinic  as their actual Tryout if they have a legitimate reason for not being able to attend Tryouts. All modifications/adjustments from our normal tryout schedule must be approved by our staff BEFORE the actual tryout date! 

After Tryouts........Then What?

Selection Process - 
Once tryouts are over, our staff will meet to go over all the evaluations for every player that attended tryouts. We will then form the teams in those age groups. Usually with-in 24 hours of the tryout, we will post the rosters of the teams formed. All players making a team on the rosters, will have 24 hours to accept or decline their position via an online link that will be emailed out. 

Team Acceptance / Down Payment - Upon accepting your spot online, you will need to pay your down payment. Acceptance is ONLY valid when accompanied by your 1st player fee installment or payment in full. 

Minimum Down Payment Amounts
13U - 18U: $387.50
11U - 12U: $312.50

Player/Parent Meetings - All players (and one parent) that make a team must attend a mandatory Player/Parent Meeting. At this meeting you will receive information for the season, work on scheduling, go over policies, get athletes fitted for apparel, and collect club dues.

Player fees can be paid in full or split into 4 equal payments.  There is a $50 discount for paying in full at the beginning of the season (via check or credit card).  The 4 equal payment option is available for online payment only.

Player/Parent Meeting Dates
11U-14U Teams - Wednesday, October 21st from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
15U-18U Teams - Tuesday, December 1st from 6:30pm - 8:00pm
